Design to Adopt (CLOSED)

Got a couple questions regarding things so here you go!
Edit 1:

• You may do multiple designs for the same theme, but you may only pick one to actually be judged for that specific DTA theme
• Design alterations are not permitted

We're doing something special today everyone! A DTA, but you get to design the character! Sorta...
I've had these lying around for a while and wanted them to go to loving homes, so we're gonna do this!

NOTE: All of the above are themes and themes only, they do not have to relate to the character in any way, shape, or form. (Clockwork doesn't need to work on clocks, and Royal doesn't need to be a prince/princess.)

DTA WILL END ON SUNDAY, MARCH 26!

Rules:

• Highest trait ranking: Tier 3 (Anything exceeding this will be instantly disqualified)
• 2 uncommon traits OR 1 rare trait (NOT BOTH!)
• Maximum number of entries: 2
• This means you could enter for two separate designs, or use both for the same design
• Only one design per person
• You can enter for multiple designs, but you may only win one
